The Mission of the Wiseburn Unified School District is to provide a safe, orderly environment focused on the academic, social, and physical needs of the whole child while emphasizing community participation. The School Psychologist works under the direction of the Director of Student Support Services. The basic functions will involve a full range of psychological and behavioral services, to children, parents, teachers, administrators, and paraprofessional staff in the district throughout a variety of specific and unique services, including but not limited to psycho-educational and behavioral assessment, counseling, consultation, staff development/training, parent and community support and collaboration with programming for students with and without IEPs.
